When properly stored and used, each set can service up to 20 clients when opened sachets are used back-to-back within 24 hours of opening.

STEP 1 — LIFTING CREAM

Step 1 works to soften and reshape the natural lashes in preparation for their new lifted shape.

Recommended Processing Times:

Fine Lashes: 7–8 Minutes
Medium Lashes: 8–10 Minutes
Thick or Resistant Lashes: 9–12 Minutes

Always monitor the lashes throughout processing and adjust timing based on the client's natural lash thickness and response.

After approximately 5–7 minutes, check the softening progress. If the root area or baby lashes require additional softening, apply a small amount of Step 1 to those areas for an additional 1–2 minutes, then check again.

Avoid over-processing and remove the solution once the desired level of softening has been reached.

STEP 2 — SETTING CREAM

Follow Step 1 with the Setting Cream to neutralize and lock the lashes into their new curl.
