PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed ASAP- Typically within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- An order confirmation will be sent to you via email/text once your order had been processed and it's out for delivery
- TIP: If you have not received an email/text - check your spam folder as well as verify your email & cell are correct on your profile.
TRACKING INFO
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email/text upon fulfillment of your order, meaning that USPS has possession of your package.
- Once your order has left our store, we are no responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.
- Customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders (Returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple delivery attempts)
- If your package states Delivered but you do not have it, Call Carrier USPS and speak to a live representative & open an investigation to locate your package.
